Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return & cancellation period, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to cancel the order if you have not received any goods or to return the item if it is not a personalized product. This right applies equally to us as the seller, particularly if you do not provide the necessary data to complete a personalized product.

1. Conditions for Returns

Personalized products are excluded from returns unless they are defective. In this case, the statutory defect liability rules apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Customized or personalized products, unless they are defective or faulty. In this case, statutory defect liability rules apply.

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift vouchers and prepaid cards are excluded from returns.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
